Aviz to Excel is owned and operated by Tech Insider SRL.

These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Aviz to Excel platform and all services available on the platform, including the web application at aviz-to-excel.ro. By using the platform, you agree to these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy.

In these terms, "platform" refers to the Aviz to Excel web application, "we", "us", "our" refers to Tech Insider SRL operating as Aviz to Excel, and "you" refers to you, the user.

By using the platform, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

We may modify this agreement from time to time, and such modifications will be effective upon posting on the platform. You agree to be bound by any modifications when you use Aviz to Excel following the posting of such modification. It is important that you review this agreement regularly.

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power, and authority to enter into this agreement and to fully perform all of your obligations hereunder. You further represent and warrant that you are not under any legal incapacity or contractual restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.

By providing your email address to Aviz to Excel, you agree that we may use your email to send you notifications about the service, including changes to features, important updates, and service-related messages.

If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out by using the "unsubscribe" option in the emails or by contacting us. Opting out may prevent you from receiving important notifications about updates or changes to the service.

Users can register and login to the platform using an email and password, or via their Google account. To register with an email, you must provide an active email address, which will be confirmed via a verification link.

It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and to ensure that your account is not used for unauthorized or illegal activities. Aviz to Excel is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this obligation.

If you detect any security breach or unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify us so that appropriate action can be taken.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support@digital-docs.ro. We reserve the right to close any user's account and suspend access to the service in the event of any violation of these terms, at any time, with or without notice.

Aviz to Excel provides specialized services for the extraction of structured data from transport waybills (avize), including physical documents, digital files, and scanned images. These services are available through our web-based platform.

Users must use the platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. It is strictly prohibited to:

• Process documents that are illegal or violate intellectual property rights of third parties
• Process documents containing sensitive personal information without proper consent
• Use the platform for any activity that may cause harm to others
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
• Engage in fraudulent, malicious activities or contravene any current regulations

We reserve the right to monitor and review the use of the platform to ensure compliance with these terms. In case of detecting any activity that violates these terms, we may take necessary measures, including suspension or termination of access, without prior notice.

Our pricing structure is based on document extractions. Each processed document consumes a credit based on the file type and page count.

Aviz to Excel does not offer refunds on any of its services. All purchases, whether for subscriptions or any other service on the platform, are final and non-refundable.

We recommend users utilize the free trial to evaluate the service before making a purchase. In exceptional cases, if a billing error is detected, users may contact our support, but any decision on refunds is at our discretion.

Aviz to Excel disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data extracted through its platform. While we strive to provide an accurate and efficient service, users should be aware that inaccuracies, errors, or discrepancies may occur in the data processed.

The platform is provided "as is" and without any explicit or implied warranty that the results obtained are completely correct or fit for specific purposes. Users are strongly advised to verify the accuracy of the extracted data, especially in critical applications.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data errors, technical failures, service interruptions, or loss of data.

Aviz to Excel grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the platform. This license is for the sole purpose of allowing you to use the features available on the platform in the manner permitted by these terms.

You agree not to use the platform negligently, for fraudulent purposes, or in an unlawful manner. You agree not to partake in any conduct that could damage the image, interests, or rights of the platform or third parties.

We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated any provision of these terms.

All content available on the platform, including names, logos, trademarks, images, text, graphics, software, and other elements are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights owned by Tech Insider SRL or third parties.

You acknowledge and agree that all materials on Aviz to Excel are made available for limited, non-commercial, personal use only. No material may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, downloaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed without our prior express written permission.

Aviz to Excel respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that any material on the platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with the following information:

• Identification of the intellectual property right that is allegedly infringed
• A statement specifically identifying the location of the infringing material
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate
• Your electronic or physical signature

The following activities are prohibited:

• Violating robot exclusion headers or bypassing access restrictions
• Imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Deep-linking to any portion of the services without permission
• Attempting to modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer our software
• Circumventing security features or features that restrict use or copying
• Using automated means to circumvent usage limits
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties

The services and platform are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any errors will be corrected. However, we are committed to providing high-quality service. If you encounter any issues, please contact us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify Aviz to Excel from any claims, demands, damages, or expenses brought by third parties as a result of:

• Your breach of this agreement
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
• Your use of the platform
• Documents you upload that infringe intellectual property rights

We may change the platform and these terms at any time, in our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

If any section of these terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Our failure to enforce any provision at any time does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.

Aviz to Excel shall not be liable for any failure due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of civil or military authorities, riots, acts of nature, natural disasters, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Termination shall not release either party from obligations and liabilities that arose prior to termination.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall preferably be resolved through binding arbitration between you and Aviz to Excel. However, both parties retain the right to bring individual claims before a court of competent jurisdiction if necessary.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any dispute relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania, unless binding arbitration is agreed upon.
